Products

As we are an abattoir, all carcases are sold whole. We specialise in cattle (beef) and sheep (lamb or mutton). Our skins (sheep) and hides (cattle) are sold separately, and our store has been certified as Golden Status, which qualifies us for export.

Offal is also sold separately.

Rejections

There are a few reasons why animals that have been slaughtered can not be sold, and on this page are some pictures that will show you why. Severe bruising, as seen in the first picture, renders an animal uneatable. The second picture shows tha carcase of an animal with "giel".
